great burgers and unique toppings

This place is nicely done inside and the menu is interesting. They have about 12 different types of burgers like beef, mahi mahi, tuna, shrimp, veal, lamb, lobster, and mushroom. You then choose a relish from their list which most seems to go with something other than beef. I ordered a beef burger with mushroom/leek relish which is mushrooms and leeks sautéed with butter, sherry, and thyme. You can add cheese to any burger for 99 cents.

The burger was pretty good and is up there on my list of top 5 for the area. They have a nice thick bun to hold it without crumbling on you and all of the burger ingredients seem to be high quality from my first visit. The fries are ordered with a choice of salt seasoning served on the side. I tried the rosemary/garlic/ which wasn't very garlic-y. The fries are bigger than shoestring size and pretty good.

The shakes are pretty interesting and I tried the red velvet. I think they take red velvet cake and grind them up in the shake itself. Then they add whipped cream on top and drop a mini red velvet cupcake with frosting on top. Burger w/cheese, fries, and shake was $14.30. With just a soda or water, it would have been around $11. These prices are inline with CG's Burgers and the average burger chain 5 Guys.
