Dolce DePalma- now located in Downtown West Palm Beach, is serving up Mediterranean-inspired fare in an upscale, casual atmosphere for breakfast, lunch and dinner. South Florida visitors and locals with a craving for traditional and creative Mediterranean fare now have a new place to dine, Dolce De Palma has opened its doors in downtown West Palm Beach in April 2008. The new restaurant―billed as a paninoteca and wine bar― is a laid back setting where diners can enjoy the lounge-like atmosphere and a variety of Mediterranean-inspired dishes, along with an assortment of wines from their hand-selected wine list.

What exactly is American food? Perhaps it’s something comforting, like meatloaf and mashed potatoes. Or something regional, like Philly cheese steaks or Boston baked beans. Or something ethnic: Pizza may have been invented in Italy, but it came of age in 20th-century America. (Full review)
