Bistro 1001 will offer a 4-course Valentine's Day menu for $35 per person (add $15 for wine pairings) from 5-10 pm highlighting ingredients from their onsite garden. Tax and gratuity are additional. Dinner will begin in the dining room and end with Champagne and chocolate covered strawberries in their garden. Highlights include Locally Caught Ceviche; Whole Lobster with celeriac fondant & local ricotta ravioli; and Petite Beef Tenderloin with asparagus, Florida blue cheese & organic grits.
