MENU

There’s an array of fresh fish entrees that include yellowtail, salmon, lobster and sea bass as well as ribs, chicken and filet mignon.

ATMOSPHERE

Spacious and comfortable with its décor dominated by mounted saltwater fish across a back wall, the atmosphere clearly communicates that Bimini Twist is a fine seafood establishment. More than that, diners at Bimini Twist can see the restaurant’s chefs at work.

OUR FAVORITE FOOD/PRICE

I would have had more trouble justifying the oriental barbecue Chilean sea bass for $26.95 (the price varies according to the day’s market) had it not been so delicious. It came highly recommended and was perhaps the best seafood I have tasted, the tangy-sweet sauce in which the fish was cooked enhancing its natural flavor. The best thing about the macadamia-nut crunchy yellowtail with mango drizzle ($22.95) was the two sauces it comes with; mix and match these to dress up the dish.

Both dishes were served with a choice of sides, of which rice pilaf, sweet potato fries and mashed potatoes were chosen .

REASON TO GO

The food is great, and it’s an ideal place to celebrate a special occasion.

SERVICE

My waitress was also ready to share her favorites; she was friendly, efficient and attentive, but not overly so.

NOISE LEVEL

The restaurant filled as the night progressed, causing the sound of other diners to reach a low hum.

KID FRIENDLY

Dimly lit, Bimini Twist is perfect for a date but not a place to take kids (unless they really like expensive seafood).

I had pretty much given up on ever going to Bimini Twist after a couple attempts that ended with word of an hourlong wait.
We got lucky the third time during an impromptu date evening on a recent Sunday. (Full review)

I'd never been to Bimini Twist, but the tiki torches and full parking lot intrigued me.

A friend and I stopped in recently, and we can't wait to return. (Full review)

Great Food & Atmosphere

I wanted to comment on the review "Been Going Downhill" I do not agree. I live around the corner and have been going to this restaurant for over 7 years and love it every time. The menu recently expanded and yes the prices went up a bit but what hasn't! This is a great restaurant and the service is always good!

Been going downhill

I've been going there for years, feels like the prices keep going up, but the quality of food and service keeps going down.

Is not as Good as it used to be!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bimini twist has always been one of my favorites restaurants in town, but I can not say that anymore. I recently went to the restaurant, with my boyfriend because i wanted him to taste how delicious was the food. However, I first noticed that the custom bread that they used to make was not there anymore, just regular heated bread, second, the salad used to be fancy herbs, and i got icebergs which i could get in any other restaurant, and the entree was not that great either. I'm taking my time to write this because as everyone knows. ECONOMY ISN'T THAT GREAT AND PRICES HAVE INCREASED RECENTLY, BUT IF THE RESTAURANT DECREASES IN QUALITY, LOYAL COSTUMERS WILL NEVER COME BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!
