The menu is upscale without being overwhelming. The flavor combinations are creative and enticing. Entrees range in price from a $25 tandoori-spiced roasted free-range chicken, to a $45 roasted veal chop with four cheese polenta. (Full review)
Cafe's fare delicious from start to finish

Cafe Chardonnay is as close to dining perfection as one can get. My date and I arrived at 8:30 p.m. on a Saturday and were surprised to be seated immediately. Lucky us, because reservations are highly recommended at the well-known eatery.
The restaurant ¿ with an ambience of white linens and romantic golden lighting ¿ was buzzing with business, yet quiet enough for conversation.
The biggest challenge of the evening was deciding which of the dinner creations to order. The menu, with dishes that would entice a great chef's palate¿ was a culinary read.
We began by sharing the beefsteak tomato and buffalo mozzarella salad ($11), topped with fresh basil and drizzled with an olive oil/balsamic vinegar dressing. Simple and delicious.
My date ordered one of the evening's specials ¿ butter-basted Maine lobster ($34) which was served atop a risotto that was seasoned with port wine, (Full review)
