Ok... So when they came to my residence and gave me a card for a free cocktail I thought, why not. After spending $75 for a couple of drinks and aps for me and my date they would not take the card. Server said she was told by the manager that we ordered martinis, Not cocktails and the card did not apply. Two requests to discuss this with the person who made the decision proved to be fruitless... They refused to speak to me. Typical VRS (velvet rope syndrome). Who needs this BS when there are plenty of places that understand customer service. Who cares about the cost of a drink? Shouldn't a request to speak to a manager be honored regardless of the situation? Don't bother coming back to the Landmark with promos... I'm going to tell everyone to avoid you like the plague.
