Trung "Tony" Pham had a simple and noble intention when he opened the Ochna Restaurant and Bar in North Palm Beach 11 months ago. He envisioned a non-fussy eatery serving the traditional dishes of his native Vietnam, a family business that allowed him to spend more time with his wife. (Full review)
