A+ for atmosphere, food selection, food quality, portion size and wine selection. First time customers who hope to return again. Highly recommend starting off with the calimari/octopus appetizer. wife ordered the ravioli special and I ordered the torellini with white sauce. Absolutely fantastic. The atmosphere...relaxed and open added to the whole experience. Highly recommended.

We dined at Rustico Italiano last week for our anniversary. We wanted somewhere good that wouldn't be overpriced or pretentious. The food at Rustico was amazing and incredibly good. We were stuffed after our appetizer The best baked Clams and stuffed Artichokes ever. I highly recommend the gnocchi - very light and delicious.
The service was impeccable and the owner mr Nino,was very friendly and accomodating. I'm pregnant and asked for a non-alcoholic drink and even though they weren't on the menu, he went out of his way to make sure I got one. We would dine here again!

This is my favorite Italian restaurant in Lake Worth. Been here a few times, and the food and service have been outstanding each time. The interior is European-influenced, cozy and intimate. The staff- friendly and efficient - and dotes on every customer. As for the food, they use the best quality ingredients and every aspect of each plate is well thought out, making each dish memorable. I had the figs ravioli for appetizer as part of their Delicious menu the last time I was there, and I still dream out it to this day. I can’t wait to go back , and try something different

One of the concierge at our hotel recommended Rustico italiano to us and boy are we glad we took her suggestion. The cannelloni veal was the best I ever had and my husband loved the Truffle ravioli. The staff was very attentive to whatever we needed. A little pricey but well worth it.
