Chef Michael Joseph Rolchigo, graduate of the Prestigious Culinary Institute of America, Hyde Park, New York, with degrees in Culinary and Pastry Arts, grew up in a large Italian family and his fondest memories are cooking with his grandmother at a young age. His grandmother's flare for cooking was passed onto Chef Mike and he has established a reputation for creating the amazing dishes we serve at The Jupiter Island Grill.
