If you're having dinner at Trattoria Delfino, it means you're having a good night.
The servers will treat you like royalty, the food will be divine, and the intimate setting will cloak you in the conversation of others obviously having a good night, too.
The only downside about this fabulous restaurant is its very discrete location on Indiantown Road. By the time we found it, Sarah and I were famished.
A few slices of bread topped with bruschetta that was brought to our table disappeared within moments.
Our dinners disappeared, too. Sarah's chicken paillard ($15.50) was pounded to a perfect thinness and gently grilled, resulting in a moist, flavorful meal.
The ravioli is made fresh every day, and the stuffing in the delicate pasta pillows varies. The evening we visited, I was delighted by the soft, just-chewy-enough porcini-mushroom-filled ravioli (Full review)
