I love a good fresh and healthy restaurant. A place like this makes you only want to eat local. Such unique recipes, and yet I could pronounce everything they served me! :) Amazing Miso-honey Salmon. I need to learn how make that glaze!
Lots of great original options. Everything tasted so healthful, hearty, and fresh. The medjool dates appetizer was my favorite part. I also ordered the Beet Salad, which was nice. I wish had ordered more food. It was very good.
You can taste the healthiness and freshness in each bite, and it is great. Ordered the corn Polenta and the Diver Scallops. Both were cooked very well and tasted so fresh. The service was good. Lots of people.
This place lives up to the hype. We had reservations, and were seated immediately. Our hostess and our waitress were both attentive and answered all of our questions. I had the "chicken under a brick" which was so interesting, and cooked perfectly. Full of flavor and very juicy. It came with pearl onions, mustard greens and squash. Very delicious. My girlfriend and I also split a side of their Hand Cut Rosemary Frittes which were a very tasty snack. Everything was fresh and well cooked.
I was blown away by this place. It's like a foodie paradise. Their theme is "farm to fork" and they really carry it through . The food is all so fresh and delicious, and you really believe that even though it's all so gourmet, you could by all of the ingredients at your local farmer's market! The Mahi Mahi with lentil salad and horseradish was to die for.

Somewhere between the ooze of local, handmade burrata and the peppery edge of farm-fresh arugula, the essence of Max’s Harvest revealed itself: This is a place defined by exquisite simplicity.
