Lake Worth Tropical Triathlon

This mini-sprint triathlon travels beaches and scenic neighborhoods of the city.

The event begins at 7:00 a.m. with a quarter-mile swim off Lake Worth Beach in the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy the fantastic sunrise on one of Florida's most perfect beaches.

That is followed by an 11-mile bike course along scenic, newly resurfaced Federal Highway. Starting at Lake Worth Beach, you are challenged over the Intracoastal bridge before heading down through the quiet, beautiful city streets, being cheered… Show more on by local residents and visitors alike.

The final leg is a 3.1-mile run over a beautiful course as you once again come over the Intracoastal bridge, but this time head through fantastic Bryant Park and run parallel to the Intracoastal on smooth surfaces before heading back over the bridge to the beach finish line.
